Countaa is built offline-first from the ground up — not as an afterthought for when the network drops. Receipt printing works with the common Bluetooth thermal printers already sold and serviced across Nigeria, not an obscure model you'd have to import.

We're onboarding our first pilot shops in Port Harcourt now — their stories will be added here soon.

What if I don't have a Bluetooth/thermal printer yet?+
You can start selling and invoicing right away without one. Add a Bluetooth thermal printer whenever you're ready — Countaa works with the common models already sold and serviced across Nigeria.
What happens if my phone breaks — do I lose everything?+
On Pro, your data is backed up to the cloud, so setting up a replacement device takes minutes. On Basic, your data lives on that device — treat it like anything else important on your phone and keep it backed up.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?+
Yes. Pay the ₦100,000 difference whenever you're ready, and Pro's multi-branch, multi-device, and cloud backup unlock immediately. Starting with Basic today doesn't lock you out of Pro later.
Do I need internet to use this?+
No. Selling, printing receipts, invoicing, and tracking stock all work fully offline. Internet is only needed for Pro's cloud backup and for app updates.
What if I need help setting it up?+
